the hotel with bright rooms, in a tourist area, in the touristic area. amazing location, 10 minutes' walk to a l-shaped square. staff was helpful and affable, and facilities were modern here.

Valeria was a fantastic host! The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was recently renovated. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the major attractions. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels were a nice touch. I had a lovely stay and would definitely return 😊

We had a double room to ourselves with chocolate and coffee, as example. Coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware worked well. The hotel was located in the middle of the city...

This charming retreat offers an ideal location just steps from the Duomo. Clean and spacious rooms outfitted with modern comforts, including air conditioning and daily room service. Valeria were very good with thoughtful extras like wine and snacks. A perfect spot to create lasting memories!

Valeria, the host, was attentive. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, with a lovely view of the historic surroundings.

Street noise may disturb some.

Street noise can be a bit of an issue due to the central location, but it didn't ruin my experience, especially with earplugs. The shower in the smaller room's bathroom felt a bit cramped, typical for European spots. Navigating multiple old-fashioned keys to get into various areas of the hotel added a pinch of hassle.

Valeria was an really good host. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the Duomo and charming local cafes. The room was spacious and impeccably clean.

Had a marvelous stay! The cleanliness of the room truly impressed me, and I loved the mini bar with complimentary snacks on arrival. The street noise, however, was quite noticeable at night. Would totally come back again!

Great location and spacious room with a tv. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The host was attentive, with a fridge stocked with reasonably priced drinks. The room was spacious and immaculate, with a comfortable bed that provided a restful night after exploring the city. While the location was prime, being just steps from major attractions, some street noise did seep into the room, impacting our sleep. Despite this, the convenience and warmth of our experience outweighed the minor disturbances.

good location but need more attention to details

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Duomo. Valeria offered excellent assistance during check-in and even arranged a cot for our child. The room was clean, with super clean corners, including under the bed! The view from our room was beautiful, with the city skyline adding a lovely touch to our stay.

I noticed a few minor maintenance issues that could use some addressing.

The location is great, only 3 miles from a public library. the hotel has beautiful and huge rooms, plus bathrooms with chocolate and coffee. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the amazingly nice and polite staff. Really enjoyed our stay, nothing too much trouble.
